A 1920s café in Seoul
A concept for a 1920s café and scratch bakery by day, live jazz in the evening and a Prohibition-era bar at night, in Seoul. The research runs in staged rounds, with confidence levels and flags on unverified claims, and there is no lease until a set of gates clears.

Gemma GRC
A small, private compliance assistant on a Mac Mini. An open Gemma model is told to answer only from a governed library of my notes, course material and primary public regulatory texts, and to cite the passage behind every claim. A lab notebook measures whether any of it works.

A private compliance assistant for DORA, the UK Critical Third Parties regime and NIS2. Sixteen regulator personas score draft submissions, and an RFI reuse engine checks whether a prior answer still holds before a person approves it.
