The most personal of the agents. Luna isn’t a substrate-build helper, she’s Andy’s executive assistant, with real calendar and email scopes. The first agent whose work isn’t about Neural Bridge itself. Persistent memory through a vault notes file so she sees what you said in DMs yesterday when you @-mention her in a channel today.
Operating Principles
